A podcast hosted by Janice Diaz
I found them in myself first. Now I'm having the conversation out loud, with people who function the same way.
The Show
The territory is business people who perform composure, artists who turn the work into the mask, and people who've lived through things and still show up flawless. The careers look enviable. The lives look enviable. The architecture underneath rarely gets named.
We're not all the same. The lives are different, the seasons are different, the wounds are different. But the patterns repeat: perfectionism, people-pleasing, performance, the shadow we tuck away to stay acceptable.
I found all of it in myself first. That's the only reason I get to ask.

Season One arrives soon.
High Function Revealed is a reflective series on the hidden patterns behind capable lives: the pressure, the performance, the reinvention, and the self that waits underneath it all.

Your Host
Business strategist. Personal development coach. A born-and-raised New Yorker with an international life, a dancer at heart, and a writer who has spent decades inside high-functioning rooms.
She writes High Function Revealed on Substack, where she goes underneath perfectionism, people-pleasing, and performance. Drawn from lived experience rather than theory, often through a Jungian lens. The podcast is the same work, out loud.
"I don't speak about any of this from the outside. I've lived every bit of it, and that's the only reason I get to name it."

This isn't a promo spot. It's a room where high-functioning people get honest about the architecture underneath. The part that doesn't usually make it into the bio.
